What is HAH's return policy?
Returns and Exchanges are approved only within 30 days from date of purchase. Please note:
SALE items are FINAL SALE
PANTIES are FINAL SALE
TRUST US BOXES are FINAL SALE
BODYSUITS without a hygiene strip are FINAL SALE
MASKS are FINAL SALE
*FINAL SALE means NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES*
All bodysuits, swim bottoms, and one piece swimsuits must have hygiene strips intact in order to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Items must be in good condition and sealed in original packaging with original tags still attached.
Items cannot have been worn, washed, soiled, or altered in any way.
shedsmoved reserves the right to deny a refund on returned merchandise if said merchandise does not meet the requirements outlined above. Any returns that do not meet the above requirements will be shipped back to the customer at his or her own expense.
How do I make a return within the USA?
For eligible items please follow the steps above for a return. You will receive a prepaid shipping label to return your item(s).
*Please note: Return item(s) must be received at our warehouse within 28 days from date of return request or the return request will be canceled and prepaid shipping label voided.
How do I create an exchange within the USA?
For eligible items please follow the steps above for an exchange. You can shop for any item(s) you wish to receive in exchange. If the total is of a higher value you will be prompted to complete payment at checkout. Once complete, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to return your item(s). Your replacement order will be processed immediately and an order confirmation will be sent to your email.
*Please note: Exchange item(s) must be received at our warehouse within 14 days from date of exchange request or the prepaid shipping label will be voided and you will be charged for the item(s).
How do I make an International return?
We apologize. At this time HAH does not provide free international returns. Please send eligible items back to us at the address below using your preferred trackable shipping method, at your own expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid.

How long do I have to make a return/exchange?
Eligible items have 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a return or exchange.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 7-10 business days from the day we receive your package for us to complete your refund.
I did not purchase this product at shedsmoved.com. Can I still return it?
Our online store can only accept merchandise that has been purchased directly through our website. Merchandise purchased at other retailers must be returned to that respective retailer.
I received my shedsmoved merchandise as a gift. Can I return or exchange it?
If you received an item as a gift you may return the item for store credit, as long as it was purchased from our website and within 30 days from date of purchase.
