We hope you love your HAH purchase. If you don't, for whatever reason, we offer FREE RETURNS & INSTANT EXCHANGES within 30 days from date of purchase on all orders within the USA. Just make sure your return/exchange adheres to our policy.

How do I make an Exchange or Return within USA?

We made our exchanges easy & fast for you! For eligible items please follow the steps below. For returns, you will receive a shipping label & a voucher in your email. Please feel free to use the voucher immediately if you wish to purchase something else. If you choose to not use the voucher, you will be issued a refund once we receive your return. For exchanges, you will receive a shipping label & your replacement order will be processed immediately. Check your email for an order confirmation. 

1. Create a Request to Return/Exchange Your Item(s): Enter the email address associated with your order. Click on the item(s) you are exchanging/returning and complete the required information. 

2. Get a Return Shipping Label: You will receive a pre-paid Fedex label via email as soon as your request has been received by our system.

3. Ship It: Drop the package off at your nearest Fedex location or schedule a pick up through the FEDEX website.

4. Check Your Email:

      • For Exchanges: You will receive an email containing an order confirmation for your new items.  All tracking info will be sent to you once it ships. 
      • For Returns: You will receive an email with a voucher if you would like to purchase something else immediately. If that is not used, you will receive an email once we have processed your return & sent over a refund. Please allow up to 2 weeks for transit and processing time at our warehouse.

Please note that your original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 

What is HAH's Return Policy?

Returns and Exchanges are approved only within 30 days from date of purchase. Please note:

SALE items are FINAL SALE
PANTIES are FINAL SALE
TRUST US BOXES are FINAL SALE
BODYSUITS without a hygiene strip are FINAL SALE
MASKS are FINAL SALE

*FINAL SALE means NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES*

All swim bottoms/1 pcs. must have hygiene strips intact in order to be eligible for a return or exchange
Item(s) must be in good condition and sealed in original packaging with original tags still attached
Item(s) cannot have been worn, washed, soiled, or altered in any way

shedsmoved reserves the right to deny a refund on returned merchandise if said merchandise does not meet the requirements outlined above. Any returns that do not meet the above requirements will be shipped back to the customer at his or her own expense.

How do I make an International return?

HAH does not provide free international returns. Please send eligible items back to us at the address below using any traceable shipping method, at your own expense.. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid.

Your refund will be credited back in US Dollars within 7-10 business days of being received.

Make sure that your package is insured, as HAH will not be liable if the item is lost, stolen, or for any other reason does not arrive at our office.

How long do I have to make a return?

Item(s) must be received at HAH within 30 DAYS from date of purchase for a refund

NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES of any kind on orders received at HAH after 30 days from date of purchase – no exceptions

When will I receive my refund?

Allow 7-10 business days from the day we receive your package for us to complete your refund.

I did not purchase this product at shedsmoved.com. Can I still return it?

Our online store can only accept merchandise that has been purchased directly through our website. Merchandise purchased at other retailers must be returned to that respective retailer.

I received my shedsmoved merchandise as a gift. Can I return or exchange it?

If you received an item as a gift, you may exchange the item for online store credit, as long as it was purchased from our website and within 30 days from date of purchase. HAH cannot accept returns bought from other retailers.
